| 1. Payments are accepted by PayPal or Western union ONLY. Via paypal, e-checks are only accepted if I am told in advance, and are not accepted for fursuit items unless we have come to an agreement in advance ATTENTION: e-checks are not currently accepted for any commissions at this time.
1. No commission is officially on my work-list unless I have received a deposit. On suits this is a 10% non-refundable deposit and for artwork, a 10% refundable deposit is required. For both artwork and fursuits I will not begin work without 50% of the total price (not including shipping) paid. Once final payment has been received I will ship out the completed commission.
2. Once the commission has been received (either in person or by electronic means) you have a 10 day timeframe to report any problems with the piece that are the fault of myself. If you decide you want something changed that you DID NOT SPECIFY, you will have to pay for the change, in full. If it is a fault of my own I will rework the piece at my own cost. After the 10 days are up, the transaction is final and no refunds will be given.
3. You MUST make sure that the information that you provide is correct and up to date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that their measurements, address and information are correct, and all problems with shipping or fitting that may arise from a mistake of the buyer will not result in a refund or remake, no exceptions. If there was a mistake on my part in measurements on in shipping, then once that mistake is verified, I will request that you send back the item (if it was received) and the problem will be rectified.
4. If an item is being shipped and I do not hear from you to verify it's arrival, I will give you a total of 30 days from when I mailed out the commission. If I do not hear from you in that time, the transaction is closed. This is non-negotiable unless under extreme conditions (with proof of why you could not contact me in the specified time).
