-Basic footpaws start at $130 and have 4 toes with a basic rubber footsole. They include plastic claws and an inner "sock" for a comfortable fit. They are made sized to the buyer.
-'Stompy Feet' start at $200 and have 4 toes with a basic rubber footsole. They include plastic claws and an inner "sock" for a comfortable fit. They are made sized to the buyer. 'Stompy Feet' are large and plush, very toony. Reach up the calf, just below the knee.

-Basic medium tails start at $65. These include species like wolf, dog, folf, fox and cat.
-Basic large tails start at $80-100+ and include mostly dragons and kangaroos. Any overly large tails like 3-3.5 ft red pandas would count as well. Please email for a customized quote. You must read the guidelines below before ordering.
1. Once any payment is made, a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit of 20%) can be given ONLY BEFORE any supplies have been purchased.
2. A 20% deposit must be paid to get your spot on my commissions list. 50% of the total cost of the suit must be received before I begin work. You may pay the full amount if you choose, but this is not due until the suit is completed.
3. The suit will NOT be shipped until full payment has been recieved. If we are on a tight deadline then it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all outstanding costs in time to get the suit shipped.
4. If supplies have been purchased, you will only recieve a 50% refund (of what you have paid), minus the non-refundable deposit. If you have paid only 50%, you will recieve a refund equal to 25% of the suit cost, minus the 20% deposit. This is final, no negotiations. This is to protect myself from time-wasters and people who cancel at the last minute.
4. Once the suit has been started, there are NO refunds. You may choose to have what is done sent to you (you will cover the cost of shipping), or the suit will be completed as I see fit, sold and the selling amount minus eBay fees and the 20% non-refundable deposit will be sent back to you via PayPal. This is non-negotiable.
5. You have 30 days from shipment or 10 days from receiving the item (in case of slow deliveries) to submit any complaint about the final product. If it is a fault of my own (a forgotten item or design element, or a flaw in measurement that was my own) I will fix the mistake. You must pay to ship it to me, and I will cover shipping back to you. Please ONLY send the item that needs fixing. For instance, if it is just the feet, do not ship the entire suit back. If you have made a mistake and need an edit, I will make the changes for a discounted cost, though the purchaser must cover all shipping charges.
If you send a suit back to me for a change or edit, the suit MUST be cleaned and deoderized before I receive it. If it arrives dirty and smelly, I will ship it back to you COD and your warranty will be voided and the transaction terminated.
Shipping:
All items will be shipped via Australian Post Air Mail. If you would like Expedited shipping, you can request to upgrade the shipping and pay the additional fee. Expedited shipping is via Australian Express Courier International and included tracking. Domestic shipments within Australia will be mailed via Registered post. Shipping costs are NOT included in the costs of any items purchased.
Once the item is shipped, there is no gaurantee towards shipping time and arrival. If you choose to upgrade shipping to include insurance for the full cost of the suit, you must understand that depending on your location you may incur customs fees and taxes that you will be required to pay to recieve your suit. QJ Productions makes no gaurantees towards shipping time once the shipment has been lodged with the Postal Service.
If for any reason the shipment is returned to QJ Productions because of a customer's failure to collect the package from the local postal office/authority, or because of customs issues or postal issues, the customer must pay all fees and costs required to re-ship the package. This is non-negotiable, unless the shipping issues were caused by an error on behalf of QJ Productions.
Warranty:
My suits have a 4 month (or 2 convention or similar activity; whichever happens first) warranty. Any breakage not caused by overuse or disuse during that time will be fixed at no charge to you. You must pay shipping for the damaged item to my location, and I will send it back at no shipping cost to you. Suits must be clean and disinfected, and heads and feet packed with a dryer sheet for freshness. Any suit that arrives in dirty or smelly condition will be shipped back to you COD and your warranty void.
After 4 months, any breakage or wear can be fixed at your cost, including return shipping.
Voiding Warranty:
Any disuse (using the suit is ways that don't include public performance; or using the suit in ways unmentionable) or overuse (jumping into pools, mountain climbing, crowd surfing, bungee jumping, etc) will void your 4 month warranty. No exceptions.
