Artwork Guidelines

1. Once payment is made, a refund can be given ONLY BEFORE any work on the piece has started.

2. 50% of the total cost of the artwork must be received before I begin work (on larger pieces) You may pay the full amount if you choose, but this is not due until completion of the artwork. For small items (under $50) I will request the full amount to be paid when the sketch stage has been reached, or before work commences in the case of badges and icons.

3. If the commission has been started, your refund will be the total minus the cost of what has been completed.

For example:

Cost of full colour character drawing/ no background: $75
Completed: inked stage, worth $35

Total refund: $40 and the sketch

4. As stated in general guidelines, you have 10 days from receiving the item to submit any complaint about the final product (all artwork has a version e-mailed to the buyer so the shipping time does NOT apply). If it is a fault of my own (a forgotten item or design element, or a flaw in it that was MY OWN, I will fix the mistake.
